1. Go to your central control switch and put it off or remove the cut-out fuse.
2. Grab your fire extinguisher and put it off and if you don't have any, it is safe to use moderate water for fire at this small stage to prevent it from spreading.
Note: Water conducts electricity and you could be electrocuted if you failed to disconnect your electricity via the control switch.
And please, get yourself a portable fire extinguisher. E nor dey cost.
3. Get a qualified electrician to diagnose and fix the problem.
