STOP POURING RICE WATER AWAY!!!

YOU NEED TO READ THIS:

We all cook rice, we eat rice..Jollof rice, Fried rice, white rice etc.

Did you cook rice Today or Yesterday?

Even if you didn't cook it yesterday!

Let us talk about the last time you cooked it. After parboiling it what did you do with the water?

Did you throw it away?

Oh no

Don't pour it away next time!

I know that after reading the benefits of rice water now, you will never throw it away again. I am sure of that.

 You poured it away because you didn't know that  rice is one of the best beauty product you can use for your skin and hair.

Rice water is full of minerals and vitamins best is enriching your skin that is what you don't know.

Ingredients:

You need just Rice and water only.


HOW?
Measure a few cups of rice, wash it to remove any dirt.

NOW, Cover it in water for about 31-45 minutes.

 Make sure that the water turns cloudy.


RICE WATER IS VERY GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN:

After 31 minutes of your rice being soaked in water.

 Strain into an air tight container.

 Store in your fridge for at least a week after which you can make a new one.

After doing this, it is very useful for:

*FACIAL CLEANSER:

Yes, just deep a cotton inside the water and apply to your face gently for  minutes.

After doing this, allow it to air dry.

Use it continuously and you will see that it will make your skin very soft.

RICE WATER IS VERY GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR:

As it can detangle  your hair,  make your hair smooth, shine and stronger. It is also very good if you want to have a long hair.

HOW TO MAKE RICE WATER:


Soaking:
 This method is fast.
Just take ½ cup of uncooked rice,  now rinse thoroughly.

Now, place the  rice in a bowl with 2–3 cups of water

After doing this, leave to soak for 29- 30 minutes and strain the rice water into a clean bowl

Another one is Fermenting:

This is of more benefits than plain rice water.

 Antioxidants may combat hair and skin cell damage.

Before straining, leave the rice water to stand at room temperature for up to 2 days, allowing it to ferment. Strain the rice water into a clean bowl before use.


How to use Rice water for your hair :
Wash your hair with shampoo and rinse thoroughly with water from the tap.

After doing this, pour rice water onto their hair and
massage the rice water into the hair and scalp.

After doing this, leave on for up to 20 minutes.

Then you rinse  your hair thoroughly using warm water from the tap.

Rice water rinse:
You can use it after washing and conditioning your hair as well as a last rinse.

Pour it over your hair and scalp, massage your scalp and work it up your hair. Leave it on for like 18-20 minutes then rinse it off with clean water.

You can LOC your hair as usual.

Buy:
Shea butter
Aloe vera
Coconut oil
Onion

Now

 Grate and squeeze your onions and get the juice

Use the aloevera you bought and scrap the gel

Melt the sheabutter and add coconut oil

Add the onions juice and aloevera to Shea butter and coconut oil and fry it on a low heat for  4-5 mins

 Leave it to cool and pour into a hair oil container.

Put it inside the fridge for 1hour before removing it

Your cream for hair is ready, it makes the hair grow and soft.

This is another method to make your hair grow:

Here, Guava leave is very powerful and good for your hair. I am serious about it.
If you want a long hair, use it.

What you need to do is  to boil a handful of guava leaves in water for 19-20 minutes and  allow the mixture to cool down.


Use it to massage your scalp.

After doing that, leave it on for a  hours then wash your hair.

 Massage the scalp before you go to bed and leave the mixture to work overnight.
