HOW TO MAKE IT:
Dissolve your whitening powders with small amount of water from room temperature amd after doing this, you have to keep it aside and dissolve them in a different bowl.
Now:
In a double boiler, you need to melt shea butter, beeswax, emulsifying wax and then coconut oil on double boiler on low heat stir .
After doing this, put it down.
Allow it to cool before you add your whitening powder.
Stir and add carrot oil and stir again.
Add the other item listed and stir
Now, add fragrance and preservative.
And Finally stir it very well and keep it in a cool place.
